All items are sold as is, and no representation is made as to suitability for any use. References to gold, silver, pearl, pearlized, or antiqued, in the description of items, refers only to the color of the finish. All items are subject to prior sale, errors, and omissions.

Lead Warning

We have many vintage glass, crystal, and hand-painted buttons, hand-painted plastic flatbacks and findings. These items may contain lead, and should not be used on products for children 14 and under. Customers who re-package such products for sale in states where public warnings are required should familiarize themselves with the particular warning requirements of those states to ensure that they are not in violation of local statutes, and especially to ensure that their product packaging meets all disclosure requirements. In certain states, this fact must be disclosed on the product label in accordance with the statutory requirements of the individual state. Lead is a chemical known to the State of California and other governmental agencies to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Other Material Warning

Glass, shell pearl, pearlized and other buttons should not be sewn on by machine, as they may shatter or chip. Buttons and small items can represent a choking hazard for small children, and should be kept away from them. Plastic flatbacks and buttons should be kept away from flames, and heat. Rhinestone, Mirrored, pearlized and hand-painted buttons should not be washed , but might be dry cleaned only after checking with the dry cleaner.
